Baker, Walter A. of Bayonne ,passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 20,2017. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Kula) . Loving father of Mark and his wife Nancy, Jeffrey and his wife Diane. Dear brother in law of Robert and his wife Joyce, Beverly, and Maryann. Mr. Baker was also a very proud grandpa of Jeff, Stephen, Jessica and Adam. Walter was also blessed by his many loving nieces ,nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Mr. Baker was pre deceased by his 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Walter was a Army Veteran and a retired sewing machine mechanic from Maidenform in Bayonne. Family will receive friends at the Dzikowski ,Pierce & Levis Funeral Home. 24 East 19th St. Bayonne ,NJ. on Sunday 2-4, 7-9 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Monday at St John Paul II ( Mt. Carmel) at 10:00 am. Internment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. www.dplfh.comService
