Rudy Roma of Bayonne passed away on Monday May 12, 2014 at the age of 78. He was born in New York City and had lived in Bayonne for over 20 years. He was The Head Master Locksmith for the World Trade Center for 15 years. After that he became the owner of Roma Locks in New York City for 10 years before retiring in 1998. Rudy was an Army Medic serving during the Korean Conflict. He also belonged to a Bocce Ball League in Bayonne. Mr. Roma was the beloved husband of the late Lila (nee Caddy) Roma. He is survived by his brother Anthony J. Roma & his wife Harriet; a nephew Ronald Roma; a niece Rhonda Roma; a great-nephew Anthony Fraioli; and a great-niece, Crystal Fraioli. Visitation will be at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24 East 19th Street, Bayonne on Fridday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 125 Broadway, Bayonne.
