Margarita (nee Castillo) Gonzalez of Bayonne passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the age of 87. Margarita was born in Puerto Rico. She had lived in Hoboken for 40 years prior to moving to Bayonne 20 years ago. She worked as a school attendant in Puerto Rico for over 25 years prior to her retirement. Margarita was the wife of the late Jose Gonzalez, Sr.; mother of Adeline, Jose and the late Frances Gonzalez; step-mother of Jose Gonzalez, Jr and Delia Gonzalez. Margarita is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Visitation will be at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24 East 19th Street, Bayonne on Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Bay View Cemetery, 321 Garfield Avenue, Jersey City.
