Lucy DeAngelo-Terracciano was known as "Lu" and to others as "Dolly," but to all who knew her, she was a real angel, who was called by our Lord in Heaven on December 22nd with her devoted loving family at her side: her son, Paul, Carol Kachmar, and Sharon Walters. She was born in Jersey City and lived most of her life in Bayonne. She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Terracciano; her parents, Louis and Amelia; her seven brothers, John, Dominick, Albert, Vincent, Rudy, Alfred, and Joseph; and her three sisters, Sue, Mary, and Connie. Lucy is survived by her son, Paul and his girlfriend, Carol; her sister, Helen; and her step-son, Geno and his wife, Angie. Lucy has always been a loving devoted mom to her son, to all her family members, and to her friends. Her unconditional love and faith in the Lord was known by all who knew her. She always helped those in need and never asked for anything in return. She worked as a shop steward for the Teamsters for many years and also waitressed at 8th Street Diner. She was a Red Hatter and helped many charities. She is loved and will be missed by all. A loving message from her son, Paul, "I love you mom always and forever." Visitation will occur on Tuesday, December 27th from 2-5pm and from 6-9pm at Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24 East 19th Street, Bayonne. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 28th at 10am at the Parish of Saint John Paul II in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 39 East 22nd Street, Bayonne.
