Lester Stencel of Bayonne passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the age of 66. He was born in Germany and settled in New York prior to moving to Bayonne, where he had lived most of his life. He was a truck driver for Weldon Oil Company of Philipsburg, N.J. for over 25 years. Mr. Stencel was the beloved husband for 46 years to Mary Ann (nee Chiselko) Stencel; devoted father of Kimberly Stencel and Andrew Stencel & his fiancé Ashley Maciaszek; dear brother of Barbara Stencel, Christine Johnson, Alex Stencel and Hermoin Stencel; cherished grandfather of Desiree, Rebecca and Christopher. Visitation will be at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24-32 East 19th Street, Bayonne, NJ. East 19th Street, Bayonne on Thursday September 26th from 4 - 8 pm. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday, September 27th at 8:45 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 125 Broadway, Bayonne at 9:45 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, N.J.
