Jo Ann Trepko of Bayonne passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the age of 64. Born in Jersey City, she had been a lifetime resident of Bayonne. Jo Ann was the proprietor of Little Angels Day Care in Bayonne for 7 years before retiring in 2006. Prior to that she was a school teacher in St. Joseph's School and St. Vincent's School both in Bayonne for 15 years. Jo Ann taught CCD at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Bayonne for 20 years and was also a member of the Choir. She enjoyed relaxing trips to Atlantic City and Cape May. Jo Ann was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Carol (nee DeAsio) Trepko. She is survived by her brother Edward A. Trepko and his girlfriend Debbie Mattia; and her aunt Josephine DeAsio. Visitation will be at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24-32 East 19th Street, Bayonne on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00. The funeral will be Monday from the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 am in St. Andrew The Apostle Church, 125 Broadway, Bayonne. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
