Helen M. Janaski, 100 Bayonne, NJ Mrs. Helen M. (nee Jankowski) Janaski of Bayonne passed away on Monday April 1, 2013 at the age of 100. Born in Bayonne, she had been a lifetime resident. She was a bookkeeper with JP Morgan Guarantee Trust in New York City prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Mary Star of the Sea Church and the Order of Martha. Mrs. Janaski was predeceased by her husband Edward A. Janaski; a daughter Helene Spehalski; brothers, John, Stanley, Anthony and Frank Jankowski. She is survived by her son, Edward D. Janaski; son-in-law Ronald Spehalski Sr; Grandchildren Kenneth, Ronald & his wife Linda, and Mark Spehalski; great-grandchildren, Marc Daniel, Karen & Michael Spehalski. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24-32 East 19th Street, Bayonne, NJ on Thursday April 4th from 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning followed by the Saint Mary's Star of the Sea, 326 Avenue C, Bayonne at 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
