Florence L. (nee Condon) Murphy, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 24th, 2016 with her loving family at her side. Florence was a bookkeeper for Maidenform in Bayonne for 25 years prior to her retirement 18 years ago. She was a member of the Maidenform Retirees and the Rosary Altar Society at Saint Mary Star of the Sea Church in Bayonne. What Florence enjoyed most was spending time with her family. Florence was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Robert T. Murphy. She is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Murphy and Robert J. Murphy; her 10 siblings, Catherine Condon, Margaret Regan, Alice Fitzgerald, Elsie Buban, James (Eileen) Condon, John (Leona) Condon, Barbara (Neil) McNulty, Violet (Teddy) Stray, Patricia Cain and Rita Kiernan; grandchildren, Daniel, Brianne, Conor and Kaitlyn Baucum, Bobby, Kelly and Colin Murphy. Visitation will occur at Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24 East 19th Street, Bayonne, on Tuesday from 4 - 8 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Parish of Blessed Miriam Teresa Demjanovich in Saint Mary Star of the Sea Church, 326 Avenue C, Bayonne. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
