Estelle Barbara (nee Gurbisz) Drobinski, of Tucson, Arizona (formerly of Bayonne, N.J.) passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2016 at the age of 99. Estelle was born in Bayonne to the late Stanley & Catherine (nee Serafin) Gurbisz. She resided all of her life in Bayonne prior to moving to Tucson, Arizona recently. In her earlier years, she had worked in Maidenform in Bayonne. She was also a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Lyceum, as well as an avid bowler. Estelle was predeceased by her husband Chester Drobinski; daughter Barbara Yankura, son Stanley Drobinski; sisters Helen Jones and Bertha Wasiewicz; and great-grandson Louie Fisher. Estelle is survived by her sons Jerry Drobinski and Alan Drobinski; sisters Irene Americk and Loretta Jones; grandchildren Peter Yankura, Karen Yankura Tay, Deborah Drobinski Ley, Beth Drobinski Hettich, Jennifer Drobinski Baity, and Scott Drobinski; great-gandchildren Lydia Ley Engram, Hannah Ley Walsh, Abigail Ley, Naomi Ley, Esther Ley, Karah Ley, Jamie Fischer, Sarah Yankura, Casey Tay, Robert Baity, and Jamie Drobinski; great-great-grandchildren Peter Engram, J.D. Walsh, Jamie Fisher Jr. and Leonor Engram. The visitation will be at the Dzikowski, Pierce & Levis Funeral Home, 24 East 19th Street, Bayonne, on Monday, May 9th from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will be in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Reverend David Ley will be officiating.
