Carol Ann Piszko, 69, a Jersey City native and Bayonne resident passed away suddenly on September 28th.  Born in Jersey City, she attended PS# 6, St. Anthony’s High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Felician University in Lodi.  Carol’s career spanned teaching,  at St. Peter’s Elementary School, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Elementary School and with the Jersey City Public School system.  Summers were spent enjoying trips to Lake Hopatcong and Wildwood, NJ with extended family members.  Carol was an active member of OLMC Seniors and enjoyed attending meetings and traveling with them.

Carol was the daughter of the late Helen and John Piszko.  She is survived by her brother Edward, two nephews John (Dr. Amy Schram) and Robert (Nicole Maultasch) and great-nieces Emma and Charlotte.  Carol enjoyed spending many happy hours with her cousin Carolyn Keilert and close lifelong friends, Andrea Noto, Patricia Kuca, JoAnne Oziemblo, Kathy Donohue, Dorry Romstadt and MaryAnn Latoraca.  She will be missed by all.
